We commend the 360 Condos for meeting the requirements of the City of Austin’s Green Building Program to be called a “Green Building.”  The development has met construction material recycling standards, they’ve built with certain environmentally friendly building materials, met several requirements for energy efficiency and have met national resources conservation standards.  Many people scoff at new development, but I personally believe that this project is a great use of land and has a minimal impact in comparison to thousands of square feet of horizontal development!
