Use the site at your own risk, nothing here is meant to be in stone, and you should always consult an attorney or your agent if you have specific questions that require a specific answer.  The site is written as a get you going guide, with examples to inspire you to inquire more deeply in the area of buying & selling.

We have the right to ban commenters for any reason.  We practice fair housing and expect you to do the same.  Offensive language of any kind is the most likely reason we’ll exclude you from the conversation at single pointe.  The site belongs to us, everything in it and on it.  If there is something you wish to use or want to copy or borrow, let us know by email- we’re not goblins, and if we like the use, we’ll probably say yes.  If you want to talk about one of our posts on your blog, simply do a trackback to us, it’s that easy.

Someday the lawyers will have a fancy legal page here and that’s okay, but what you should know is we’re only here to educate and make real estate fun.  If you can use the site with that in mind- that we’re here for you, and you’re part of the single pointe family, use of the site is absolutely encouraged. 

We already do a lot to maintain our new home database.  We physically picture 99.99% of those homes ourselves.  If you are inquiring on the homes on our site, we will register you with the featured builder, and we will collect a commission.  If you are in a buyers representation agreement with another broker- then you should ask your broker to supply you with the information, not us. So when calling, expect to be registered with single pointe realty only on the homes you call on.  It is really awkward for us to have to spell this out, but please understand that even Realtors call US for builder secrets & availability, so why not just use us?

We mediate everything- we expect that we should be able to resolve most misunderstandings or conflicts.  By use of the site you understand that mediation is how we will handle legal situations.
