We Caught Them Red Handed- Builders Hiding Inventory (more war stories)

Every week, we physically go out into a minimum of five various new home communities in search of their hottest deals. What we’ve found is several builders have begun hiding inventory with SOLD signs in order to create a sense of urgency on the part of buyers.
This is fantastic news for our new home buyers- there are even better deals to be had and we know where those better deals are! It is not so fantastic news to buyers who have gone in alone- how would they know any better?
We’ve added 38 new homes to our builder inventory homes and invite you to search them. These deals will not last long now that we know they’re there, so get in on this action now!
